What is a 360°-Feedback?

The 360°-Feedback is based on the concept of multi-perspectivity and provides an estimation of a managers competencies and performance from different perspectives. In addition to the manager’s self-assessment, the external assessments of superiors, colleagues, employees and customers are also analyzed. The main topics are the following: communication, expertise, fairness, innovation, support and entrepreneurial behavior. Through constructive feedback, potential for improvement can be identified and behavioral goals can be defined.
